Services for the CAN DO Corporate Center include:
- 1B, PBX Trunks, ISDN, PRI, Digital Centrex, ATM, Frame Relay, T1, T3, OCX, Ethernet, GigE and access to all major long-distance companies
- Two Nortel Remote Line Concentrating Modules (RLCMs) on separate interfaces via a host Nortel DMS 100
- Transport services via point-to-point optical systems and several diversely routed OC-48 networks
Reliable electrical service is provided by PPL Utilities, a national leader in power generation and distribution. PPL can serve customers at the 12kV or 69kV voltage levels. The existing 12kV underground system delivers superior electric service to keep information and communications systems in peak condition. There is currently one 12kV substation in the area.
UGI Utilities provides natural gas service, a clean and economical source of energy. Normal service is provided through an 8-inch medium-pressure (50 PSI) distribution main.
CAN DO established a system of 12-inch ductile steel-lined pipes that connect to the park's dedicated water source.

Collection and conveyance of the sanitary sewer is provided by CAN DO through an 8-inch sewer lateral line that feeds to a 12-inch collector. Treatment is provided by the Butler Township Municipal Authority.
