A company with more than 20 years of lighting and electrical experience has been added to the portfolio of screened, certified CAN DO Energy Solutions providers.
National Energy Solutions, Inc. has been certified as a lighting provider for CAN DO Energy Solutions. The company provides turnkey lighting functions – including sales, design, installation, disposal and certification – to commercial and industrial buildings and grounds.

CAN DO, Greater Hazleton’s economic development agency, established the Energy Solutions program to help industries reduce electricity usage and energy costs through the use of a pre-screened provider network and to help companies finance their energy efficiency projects through federal, state and private funding sources.
CAN DO Director of Energy Solutions Bernadette DeBias said, “All our providers go through a strict screening process for factors including financial solvency, competency, insurance and certifications. Additionally, all CAN DO Energy Solutions providers will complete Act 129 energy rebate paperwork for their clients. The program is structured in such a way to simplify the process and provide options to local facilities and their managers, giving them the ability to solicit bids from different energy efficiency providers with confidence.”
National Energy Solutions operates with a mission of taking watts “off the grid” while providing attractive returns on investment for its customers. The company, which provides energy-efficient lighting solutions for indoor, outdoor, high-bay and low-bay applications across the country, also assists with processing energy rebates and has secured more than $300,000 in rebates throughout Pennsylvania.

National Energy Solutions has received clearances from the Department of Homeland Security, enabling the company to enter secure areas within facilities and to perform federal and state contracting work. The company is also a member of Pennsylvania COSTARS, a cooperative purchasing program in which members are audited and authorized to do business with government, municipal and other public entities.
