Humboldt Industrial Park offers more than two dozen tax-free Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ) properties that are prime development sites. CAN DO has taken the initiative of fully developing an entirely new section of Humboldt – Humboldt Industrial Park North – as a 700-acre state-of-the-art industrial park of its own.
