EnduranceEndurance Real Estate Group, LLC, a real estate owner and private developer based out of Radnor, Pennsylvania, purchased its second building within the Humboldt Industrial Park because of Greater Hazleton’s access to key transportation routes and a skilled labor market.

Endurance purchased a 191,979 square-foot Class B manufacturing and distribution building at 360 Maplewood Drive just two years after buying a 242,960 square-foot Class B facility along the CAN DO Expressway.

Albert J. Corr, Senior Vice President of Endurance, said Humboldt Industrial Park’s proximity to Interstate 80 and Interstate 81 makes it convenient for companies to transport their products and also provides easy access for employees.

“The property is located in an established industrial park, which allows for access to approximately 60% of the country’s population within a one-day drive. We leased the first building we purchased in Humboldt to a tenant who already had an established operation in the park, so it would not surprise us if our marketing efforts now lead to another tenant/user who already has a presence in Humboldt,” Corr said. “The immediate Greater Hazleton labor market within 15 miles of Humboldt is viewed very favorably by companies, as it reflects strong labor density and skilled workers.”

Corr said this recent purchase has several qualities that make it ideal for either a manufacturing or distribution company. “The building has unparalleled power capacity at 16,000 amps, ample car parking and a flexible office layout. It is a very functional Class B asset with a 115-foot truck court, good building depth, rail access and a 30-foot clear height ceiling.”

CAN DO President and CEO Joseph Lettiere said, “CAN DO has developed a great relationship with Endurance Real Estate Group over the years and we’re very happy to see their continued success with properties in Greater Hazleton. They have been a great asset to tenets in Humboldt Industrial Park who were looking to expand their existing operations.”
